I placed an order on 24/11/23. Item was "in stock". They emailed me on 27th saying the order was cancelled with no explanation. There was no mention about a refund so I checked the credit card and no refund was made. I emailed them about why they did this and they replied with saying sorry a refund will be issued. As of 25/12/23 the refund was never made. Now I will have to go through the bank, open a dispute, waste lots of time just to get the money back. There is no excuse for selling a proSee full review
