Made a transaction to withdraw modest amount of ETH in early April. Transaction information did provide me with a Txit ID, only the deposit address. It has been listed as awaiting approval since April 5. I created a ticket (and 3 follow up emails with more information and screen shots of my withdrawal history showing the transaction) but only received one form email that didn't address my problem.
