We use paypal for our ebay store. It was part of ebay earlier. Now ebay is managing payments itself. Paypal is eady to use . Safe . Never had issue with paypal regarding security and fraud. There is seller protection program also. Paypal charges around 25p + 3% for each sale . There is another model is is micropayment program which is 5p+5% for each sale. We were in first plan.
