1. The onboarding isn't functioning when flights are changing and since the booking reference comes from Travala you can't onboard manually which is why you have to pay for onboarding at the airport. I asked for a bill to prove my expenses & Im waiting for more than 1,5 month to refund my extra expenses & got always the same generic response.
