The onboarding isn't functioning when flights are changing

and since the booking reference comes from Travala you can't onboard manually

which is why you have to pay for onboarding at the airport.

I asked for a bill to prove my expenses & Im waiting for more than 1,5 month to refund my extra expenses

& got always the same generic response.

Object lesson don't get to comfortable & do your own onboarding because they don't give a fudge

After cancelling flight due to again unforeseeable change, Travala can't provide direct refund

One more reason not to book threw them.



This concept is really beta I hope they sort things otherwise it won't be a pleasant ux
