I have emailed the KuCoin "Customer care and support" team no less than 16 teams over the last month to try to resolve an issue regarding getting hold of my AMPL Forth.
Aside from a couple of 'copy and paste' responses that in no way, address the actual questions I have asked (and, indeed, reflect that the fact that no one has actually read the trail of emails), I have HAD NO RESPONSE.
