I have emailed the KuCoin "Customer care and support" team no less than 16 teams over the last month to try to resolve an issue regarding getting hold of my AMPL Forth.

Aside from a couple of 'copy and paste' responses that in no way, address the actual questions I have asked (and, indeed, reflect that the fact that no one has actually read the trail of emails), I have HAD NO RESPONSE. Two emails point me to a KuCoin page that no longer exists. And all of my requests for someone to contact me directly so that I can speak to a human being have been ignored.

KuCoin are withholding my ability to get hold of Forth that I am entitled to. How can I speak to someone to get this resolved once and for all? I have no idea how this is listed as 'Best Crypto Exchange 2021' when the customer service is appalling and they are clearly keeping their hands on Forth that don't belong to them!!
