Review on Buzz Schedules by Bill Karanth

The ability of this program is that it's so easy to use! I can easily add all my schedule info into one place - which makes tracking our schedules easier than ever before!! This has made management much more convenient as well since we're able to see what everyone in each department does at any given time (or rather when they should be working). A couple things about buzz are 1) sometimes their customer service isn't great 2.) It takes them awhile if not forever after submitting an issue/question because there system may have been down or something like that 3.). They need better communication between managers & supervisors regarding issues such as adding new positions. We solved problems related to staffing by solving some other problem first but once those were taken care off then these became less important.
