The ease at which you can set up rules for different types or data sources, such as web servers/applications etc., makes it very easy using this product! Nothing really comes across in my mind that I dislike - but there are no complaints either (and we're an organization with many customers!). I like that it can run in parallel with other network operations allowing for more complete security visibility, as well as giving you an accurate picture if current state vs what's being monitored by your firewall/proxy appliances. It requires some learning curve but once you have it setup correctly, there are really only two things missing from this product - better support (we've had several problems) & more features!
