Good for a few years. --UPDATED

I first bought three to control 12v DC fridges when traveling. The block used with frozen items seems to "work" but the internal clock isn't running well, sampling is intermittent or stalled (now trying to figure out if it's the timer or something else). The data is wrong and useless. Despite this, the other two devices still work and I bought a replacement. However, I am concerned about who is using them to track high-value shipments of perishable goods. It is possible that the device should…

Affordable home temperature monitoring, easy to use

Wanted something inexpensive to control the temperature in my house, 1 above and 1 below to compare the difference. while it works fine. Connects to a computer via a USB port. First you need to install the software. The minidisk that came with mine could not be read by my computer. I'm not sure if it's a computer or drive problem. Good but very slow response time of 25 minutes

This is a good device for the price and the latest software and instructions are easy to follow, but the response time is too slow for many applications. In addition, this slow response time is not even mentioned in the listed specifications. So let the buyer beware. Don't expect the actual response time to be close to the fastest sample interval, which is 10 seconds.
