Pros: The cooling pad keeps the laptop cool. The fans are powerful and quiet. The pad has a tilt option, which is very handy when the unit is on my lap and I need to adjust the angle of the cooling table to level the laptop. It is not expensive. Cons: There are two fold out laptop pads on the front of the mat, one of which broke a day or two after using the unit. I purchased this dual fan cooling pad in August 2017 and am writing my review in May 2018. So my original purchase was delivered on time and left on my doorstep. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed that one of the two USB ports was damaged. I can only assume that's how it was assembled and skipped.
