I liked that they were able to customize our website so it suited us perfectly! They also had some great ideas for marketing campaigns as well which helped increase sales even more than we expected. The only thing about them was how slow at times things did go down - especially when there are many people accessing one page or site simultaneously this can get very frustrating if you're doing other work while waiting around but overall good experience with excel solutions! It was easy for us as we were new users - it's very simple but effective solution that can be used by business owners with no technical knowledge or experience in managing computers remotely via internet connections.
