Bought for renovation

I installed this item with a pair of air struts. The mechanic recommended this purchase in case of a broken line. Call it future proofing.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Requires socket

Poor Quality Line - Vacuum Tees

I had to order a fitting kit because I overtightened the original lines than I could by hand and was blocking airflow. . The airline should be of better quality and stronger wall

Pros
  • Durable Finish
Cons
  • Expensive

Helped with repairs. - Replacement parts

The original pipe broke when I hit it with a hard blow. Then the shock absorber cover fitting broke. Too weak, brittle material. But these kits give you all the small parts for various repairs.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

It's nice to have a backup if your original leaks

Bought to have a backup in case the lines that come with the air dampers have any problems so I can always fix them and I don't have to try to find them or wait for delivery.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Fit and work as they should.

Everything I needed to replace the strings on my 35 year old system was included. Although I only had one fitting split which caused the system to lose all air, it was great to be able to replace all the lines and fittings. Hopefully I can get 300,000 miles (I have 249,000) on my Impala 61 with no problems with the shock absorber system.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Updates
