Kohler 1236365 Replacement Part Review

I ordered a Kohler toilet seat and one of the mounting nuts (plastic) did not work. It broke before I could tighten it, not after I tightened it. It's not my fault, it's the Kolhers, but I have to pay for their design flaw. Luckily one of the plastic nuts in that package worked, as did the original nuts that came with the seat. 50% rejection is a shame. Hence the deduction of two stars. Colour; You can do better for your customers.

While they didn't match my toilet seat model number, they had what appeared to be an identical Kohler flare nut and the seat bumpers were included. They worked.
