I bought my small trailer and got under the branches while propping it up and the antenna broke. Quick response to my needs

Perfect fit for my outback Only issue is the red wire which they are not entirely clear on. I didn't connect and everything worked perfectly! I have 60 or more channels!

I bought this item in May '19. Well, the wall switch stopped working. I checked the performance and it had a lot of performance. I called their customer service and they told me they only have a 30 day warranty on all parts. I cost an extra $28 to get a new wall plate. I have POSSIBLY 2 hours of antenna usage.

GREAT ANTENNA! ON MY OLD CAR ANTENNA I WAS 24 CHANNELS, NOW I HAVE 38. OMNIDIRECTIONAL FIXED, DON'T SWITCH ON ANY MORE AND TRY TO FIND RECEPTION BY TURNING THE ANTENNA. THIS ANTENNA HAS NO MOVING PARTS, NO PROBLEM. EASY INSTALLATION JUST CONNECT WITH AN OLD ROOF ANTENNA CABLE, FOUR SCREWS AND A PAIR OF GASKETS AND READY. AFTER INSTALLATION, SCAN YOUR CHANNELS AGAIN. I FOUND 14 MORE! WORKS PERFECTLY.

I am VERY happy with the antenna I bought and received. I used it to replace a previous iteration of the same antenna and the resulting antenna was clearly better than the previous one. Installation was easy, and although no instructions were included with the antenna, installation was fairly obvious. I downloaded the manual from the company website but it was for a different antenna than the one I received. In general. I'm familiar with Magnadyne - both this antenna and my previous one worked…
