We like to cook all at once and then in batches for lunch and dinner. This is the perfect size. The lids close tightly, nothing spills. They're easy to clean, which is good since we're going without a dishwasher for the time being.

Excellent size and price. It's been years since I've used class containers. Tons of plastic which I finally got tired of and ordered this set. Perfect size for a meal for 1 and they look so good in my kitchen cupboards. No more ugly plastic for me.

I lived in an apartment without a microwave so I packed frozen food in it to reheat there or at school. Really good product (which I ordered twice). Be careful when microwaving the lids (to avoid splattering) - they will heat up and reclose over the food, warping slightly (but I didn't notice any long-term warping when I accidentally did this) .

Lately I've been trying to save on costs and cook a lot slower Stove. These containers are great for storing appropriately sized portions. Both the lid and bowl can be thrown in the microwave for quick reheating. And since the bowl is Pyrex, it can be put in the oven (not the lid). Everything can be washed in the dishwasher. After about 2 months of continuous use, everything is still fine. money well spent.

The bowls are great! The lids are beautiful and comfortable, wash like a dream and don't corrode like plastic so you can use them forever! UNFORTUNATELY they didn't last as long as the plastic I used. To test, I filled one to the brim and measured the volume: 1/3/4 cup! And it leaves no air space or room for bubbles when heated. So practically, they hold 1 1/2 cups at best. Others might not care, but bringing leftovers to work with this definitely makes me want more.

I didn't know I had a bad flu when I ordered this item. When it arrived I was very ill and they didn't open until four weeks later. One of these containers has a broken edge and is therefore completely unusable. Out of the five I use, they are fantastic. I struggled with my 4 star rating because I had to test the product when it arrived. I then decided that the corrupted instance should never have been sent.
