Perfect Drive for Car Audio

Although I'm lucky enough to still have a CD player in my truck, I still use this Cruzer Fit for music. At 32GB, it contains the best of my entire music library. The small size means you can plug into your car's USB port and forget about it. It doesn't stick out more than half an inch, so you don't have to worry about it getting bumped and broken. The thing is so small that I wouldn't recommend it as a work drive simply because it's so easy to lose. But there is nothing better for car audio…

  • New to my collection

Small lanyard hole - DETACHED

Used several times in different sizes on Cruzer Fit and Ultra Fit. All did well. They do get a little warm when in use, but so far that hasn't been a problem. The small size is very useful for many applications (car stereo, extra laptop storage, etc.). I solved the SMALL WIRE HOLES PROBLEM on the Cruzer Fit. a craft shop named after an archangel and beginning with an M. A 6mm split ring fits into the tiny lanyard hole on the Cruzer Fit and then provides enough room to attach any lanyard or…

Physically tiny, perfect for cars

I needed a small in-car USB stick that had a USB port for playing music. At least the price offered was decent because otherwise it would have been a waste of money. Using it as a USB drive to play music is fine as you won't be writing to it all the time. The machine reads from a flash drive, that's all. A small red light is built into the plastic that flashes when the USB stick is accessed. It's not bright enough to be uncomfortable, but bright enough to be seen unless used in direct sunlight.

Pros
  • Brilliantly finished
Cons
  • Vanishing

I originally bought a 32GB SanDisk Cruzer Fit flash drive to use as a backup drive for my laptop. As it turns out, I never bothered to back up my computer's hard drive, so this flash drive sat unused and unloved for almost two years... Until recently, when I decided to use it in my 2015 Subaru Impreza as a to use storage device for all my mp3 music files. The SanDisk Cruzer Fit flash drive does the job flawlessly, feeding my car's infotainment system with an almost endless supply of music…

Caution JDI Electronics

I ordered 3 of these for my car. I was planning on using them to store MP3 files so it would be important to have caps and use them for me when not in use. When the item arrived the first thing that struck me was the lack of lids. The part number on the back now had a sticker covering the printed number stating it was a -35B (closed) part, when in fact it was a new part ending in -35G. (This part doesn't have a cap.) They've now increased the unit price on the $4 cap version I bought, but if…

Not for Windows 10 under Computers and Accessories

Please note my packaging does not list compatibility with Windows 10, it only fits Windows 8 although the copyright is dated 2017. It also states that it is for Mac OS X. v10.7+. I installed it on a Dell desktop running Windows 10. Basically I bought it for ReadyBoost. Initially, I got an error saying it wasn't ReadyBoost compatible, but after running the "Check/Repair Disk" command in the properties tabs (although no errors were listed) it could be used for ReadyBoost. EDIT - I noticed that my
