Vinyl cleaner suitable for laboratory and scientific products

Yes. Use in small doses and add to your homemade record cleaning solution. I can only recommend this for more experienced men. Now I have to agree. 16.9 oz is probably enough to clean a few thousand gallons of detergent/surfactant. If only I was that lucky πŸ€

The best record cleaner I've found!

Great for cleaning the dirtiest vinyl. Effortlessly removes dirt, grime and mold. Simply mix with water, very small amount, 50/1 ratio, spray on, wipe dry with a microfiber towel, spray into clean water, wipe with a clean microfiber towel and dry. The music sounds so much better, the pops and clicks are gone, and even vinyl that I thought had been damaged to sound good sounded good. Another plus, it is by far the most economical of the products that does its job well!

Pros
  • 500ml (16 oz) plastic bottle
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

I use this in small batches to make a record cleaning solution. The surfactant breaks the surface tension of the water, allowing it and the other cleaning chemicals I mix to get deep into the grooves and clean the record REALLY well. You can find good recipes on YouTube videos, some use isopropyl alcohol and some don't so you can choose what to use. Remember that you can use latex gloves and safety goggles when cleaning homemade records. A solution as this material can be somewhat irritating to
