ABCC has potential, but I will never again be utilizing their exchange. The simple lack of decency, of caring, of basic basic customer service, has left me disgusted and with a bad taste in my mouth - they should be ashamed.

Pros
- I've liked this exchange since the first time I visited it - particularly their innovative method of generating their native $AT token via ToM. I saw a LOT of potential from the very beginning, and was actually looking forward to finally trading on an exchange that, while it didn't yet have quite the volume necessary to be my only go-to exchange, was definitely in the running for that position in the future.
Cons
- I will NEVER be using the ABCC exchange again - and it's all over $60 worth of $ETH. I sent $60 worth of $ETH to the platform, unaware that they utillize smart contracts (if I can't send $ETH, why even offer a deposit address??). When the funds didn't show up, I promptly contacted customer service, expecting them to give me a warning perhaps, but to fix the issue in the very near future. You see, I've had this very same issue with multiple other exchanges, and they have ALL fixed the error, recovered my Ethereum, and I am currently a happy user on those exchanges. ABCC, however, wouldn't recover my $60 without me paying THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS first (please explain how that makes sense) and I was also given an ETA for recovery of over 2 weeks. They claimed the process was long and arduous - I guess CryptoBridge must have WAY better techs than them, because they fixed the very same issue for me in about 30 minutes. Hell, there are Google tutorials on how exactly to recover $ETH in this situation!
