Altilly: Suspended and Closed due to a Scam
It seems like people still do not know of the status of certain companies. We might see how the access everyday to untruthful services, and try to use even a VPN without realizing it might be a risky network, instead of one restrcted by policies among countries. Many resulted affected of doing this because there exist little reviews that help to confirm the validity of a project, or the fraud it might be. Such is the case with Altilly, an old exchange that does not work anymore but still has an active network for those interested in knowing what happened.
This network was closed almost a year ago because it registered a potent scam that affected of its active services, and make it little reliable. Many oft he users who were trading there noticed certain loses, and little control over their balance and cancelled their transactions on time. But for other it was not possible. There were users who don't accessed the platform for days, and when they find an opportunity the site was asks today, closed and providing just a small dashboard with little information about the scam and a warning for customers.
The disconnected their services and support from all their accounts, including those based in official sites like Discord and Telegram. The company decided not to bring support to something that scale from their hands, and perhaps, the best solution was giving up and demonstrate that this scam had a large scope go the future of their ecosystem.
With so much importance, the team was at least aware of that error and decided to make public the fact, so that new users can see why it was suspended. They offer certain steps for clients, in case there are still some of them registered on the platform. They offer guidance to recover data. But I recommend not to do that. Let things as they are, and keep away of the source of that exchange.
Note: as it was established, it will never be recovered. The exchange is now closed. Stop accessing the platform for information, or giving personal data to unknown third-parties related to it.
