Poor customer service
Aphelion Exchange was established in the year 2019. It was created with a good blockchain technology which also have a good system of securing users funds. Infact the block chain technology used to bring up this Exchange is better than those Exchanges who were build up with both ethereum and Bitcoin blockchain. This Exchange allows cryptocurrencies to be deposited as a beginner or expert and even allows cryptocurrencies as form if withdrawal .The Exchange on the other hand, have a very little about itself. Which has made it impossible for me to know the Trading volume, fiat supported and some other basic things. I didn't trade here, because of this unknown information. I messaged the admin on telegram up till date he hasn't reply to my message. Please just stay away from this exchange.
