Bitkonan was launched in 2013, a very long time now. I think this exchange should have went for an upgrade and use better block chain technology to improve the quality of the services needed by their users. It comes from Croatia which aimed at spot Trading. The number of cryptocurrencies supported is not impressive, this has deeply affected the Trading volume and liquidity. The mode of security of users sounds is not safe at all. Also taking on the Trading background, I am not impressed with it and the poor response from customer support team. All this factors just made me loss interest I. Trading here. Please I don't think you can use this Exchange, it has an unknown Trading volume. Kindly stay away.a
