An interesting memory that I had
Turkish crypto money exchange is now thoroughly getting the juice.
Although the crypto money held (altcoin) was sold before the dump occurred in bitcoin (around 10.01.2021 at 19:30) and then it was checked from my assets, after the btc dump incident, showing some of the money in hand as unsold and in the sales section and afterwards by showing a sales order at a low price.
The amount I mentioned is not very high as it is an account opened for trial purposes, but essentially it does not matter. Nobody can unjustly eat a penny of anyone, he has no right to do so.
Since there is a queue of at least a thousand people in live support and the turn is definitely not coming (even if it does, the entries are deleted, there are different software problems), no results have been obtained yet. However, if this error is not corrected and they do not compensate our loss due to the mistake they made, I am thinking of taking legal action (update will be made according to the latest situation). It goes without saying that I will also close the account.
