I would rather classify BYTEX as a scam exchange because of its inactive and have little information about itself

Should I  say this exchange is a fraud? Well, maybe this exchange has a very interesting story to it. It gas a telegram, channel which was created in 2019. But, the creator of the of the telegram channel himself, has a deleted telegram account. Well that's by the way,  but definitely, I would classify it as a fraud. And I  wouldn't advice any investor to trust this exchange, which doesn't even have a good background story. 
BYTEX is a Singaporean exchange which was established in 2018. It is centralised with a network  fee of 0.0005btc. Everything in this exchange just seems to come with a fee. Ranging from trading, Network, withdrawal, they all come with fees. Besides depositing is quite hard, because it requires just cryptos. It doesn't support fiat. This has made depositing for me a problem as a result of all the stress gone through in acquiring the cryptos. 
Besides, during trading,  the webpage takes too long to load. This has proved to me the inefficiency of the centralised server. It's token is of low value and is called BYT.
