I can't be an Active trader on Exmo....
Exmo exchange platform is an easy to use exchange coupled with its high quality interface. Exmo allows for trading of major cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin etc. Personally, i see this exchange as a promising one, coupled with the fact that it has been in existence for a while now( since 2013). Opening an account is always the first step to trading, I first opened my account around 2017, though I havent been an active trader on the exchange at least I got to know and explore more about Exmo. Exmo allows for deposit via Cryptocurrencies, wired transfers and even credit cards making payment very easy and simplified. Exmo exists as a downloadable mobile app and also a web based platform. I got my mobile application from Google playstore and I went ahead to register and open an account, my registration was very fast. Since it was an international exchange, I expected the KYC verification to be time taking but to my amazement, it took me nothing more than 2 hours to be verified. The mobile generally was easy to use but I didn't understand why the app kept on closing and reopening, this was among the reasons why I wasn't trading actively on the platform. To make things even worse, the support team and the help center don't even respond to users request, I laid four different complaints to them and up till now none of them have been clarified! Most times i just see this exchange as a waste of
