EXNCE exchange is one complicated exchange that if you want to follow most of the reviews you will end up making a very big mistake. I believe in making research and get to understand the basics of a project before a get into conclusion. Basically this project was one of the best exchange ever created to users but there a certain disadvantages that arises from this exchange
For me I cannot guarantee the safety of this exchange it has a high possibility of closing down because the white paper work of this exchange those not look like it gives the advancement of this platform. It has stated that the exchange has no interaction with any other bigger industry to back it up
You might decide to use this project, but I will advise you to be careful and make sure you join there social media channels to make sure you get update on what ever development they are up to
My concern is about new investors I will advise you make use of good exchange like KUCOIN that will give you good transaction methods
