Ezbtc is one of exchange I fell into, that deceived me with it good features and when I deposited into the platform was nice, but to withdraw became a problem. Ezbtc used to have a very fast customer support teams, jeeez! When I mean fast, in fact extra fast, the support teams seems very friendly and give fast response to your message without delays. Also, the trading environment was also extra attractive, the fee was affordable. But one day I decided to withdraw but I couldn't as withdrawal process can't be accessed again.
