The HB dot TOP exchange was established in 2017 and was created by a team of Blockchain technology experts. Well, the exchange had numerous flaws that made me reluctant to trade on it in the first place. To begin with, the telegram group that was supposed to be the primary and most easy way to contact members of the development team was fully in Chinese, and not only was the group's content entirely in Chinese, but the admin had been inactive in that group for months. This was enough to persuade me not to trade on the exchange ever again. This exchange, on the other hand, is a CoinLink-run centralized exchange. This exchange was established in 2017. Despite the fact that the exchange features a user-friendly trading interface that makes registration simple and quick, I was unable to do so since I did not receive any verification mail.
