Lukki exchange as the name implies was named by the developers of this exchange, To know the movement of any crtptocurrencies it is mostly based on luck, this reason made this exchange to be named lukki. This exchange support some languages across the globe including, Russian, English, Dutch, Spanish, Korea, Italian and some other major languages ,because it is an exchange globally or internationally known. According to my research on coinmarketcap, coinpaparika and other two web searchers, I discovered this exchange has a very questionable features and not suitable in any way for both beginners and experts traders to trade on. I also went further to check on it telegram group, and it was known to me that, apart from it inactiveness, about 20 members has complained on the inability to withdraw their tokens after been traded. Lastly, this exchange is not recommendable for any trader except you are willing to lost your funds.
