This is the second purchase of the battery charger. And once again under a year of owning it the charger has stopped working yet again. I gave it an opportunity to see if it was a faulty charger given to me, no it was not. While it lasts it was fairly good, yet I do not have the finances to continue purchasing a new charger. You are better of charging your phone from an outlet versus relaying on this one.

Update:The seller contacted me concerning my bad experience with the first case I bought and offered to replace it with their upgraded model. Received it and put it on the phone yesterday. We will have to wait and see if it last longer or works better than the previous one. I upgraded to 4 stars based on the efforts of the seller to make it right.Original Lasted approximately one month and then quit charging phone and battery case. No pass through charging either.

I bought this charging case Oct 13, 2020. I loved it at first. Within a few months it had difficulty charging and I had to carefully insert the charger while jiggling it to get a charge. Then it cracked and peeled. I never dropped it. I liked it so much when it worked, so I bought a second one on Aug 13, 2021. LOVED this when I got it. 5 weeks in and it won’t charge my phone any longer. I should of believed the reviews I read that said the same thing. I figured the dropped or damaged it somehow, I never dropped mine and no exposure to water. Very disappointing

Battery life is nonexistent. Only good for one charge. Takes forever to charge the case back up from zero percent. Would not recommend :(

I had this case for just a few days before it broke. The charger port at the bottom of the case became loose and doesn't charge anymore. Do not buy this case.

I have been using battery charging cases for the past two years. Other brands have failed to last very long. I wouldnt say the product is great but its good enough for a cell phone charger. I think the case could hold a charge for a little longer its a bit bulky but its decent.

I've only had this a few weeks, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the charger. When I insert the lightening cable it won't stay charging unless I keep it very still. The connection is lost very easily. Wired earphones don't work at all. Once charged, the charge is great.

I have had multiple of this case die on me in a short time, due to the charging port becoming to loose to use. Do not buy. The blue color of the Swaller battery case may not be everyone's preference, limiting its aesthetic appeal.

The first case we ordered stop working after several months. would no longer charge the phone with the case on. I ordered a second a week or so ago. Same thing happening already. I no longer have the box. Going to see what the seller is willing to do.

I was in desperate need of a charging phone case for my iPhone 8 Plus because the original battery inside of the phone is becoming aged. This is actually my 2nd charging phone case because a similar product of a different brand stopped working after about 2 months of use. This has been a quality phone case for going on 3 months and has not shown any signs of fault. I would definitely recommend the Swaller Charging phone case as a reliable product.
