Love this bottle holder! I have purchased quite a few bottles & also holders like this one. This is by far my favorite one. It is large so it covers the entire bottle - even a 40 oz. The strap is adjustable & also has an adjustable piece of neoprene fabric to protect your the strap from digging into your shoulder. There is also a drawstring top. It is great to have a sun hat that is foldable. My previous straw hat is pretty beat up from years of use while gardening. I like that it protects the neck from the sun. This hat was too large for me. My head measures 21 3/4 inches. I failed to notice a velcro strap inside as stated in the questions. However, I hand sewed an inch wide elastic inside of the band after I adjusted it to fit my head. Seems it will work well. I used this clamp for a tail pipe coming off of the muffler on a 2006 Sienna. What I like about these is that if I ground the tailpipe and need to readjust it, I can loosen this clamp and do it because the pipes aren't crimped together. This very powerful pump. It shoots the water out of the side of the boat, but be warned it takes power to make power. This thing needs a good sized wire to run properly so my float switch with its thin gauge wire wasn't able to handle the job, so I'm going to have to relay the float switch or find a more heavy duty one.
