Thin, with seam best in my review

Unlike many molds, these have a folded pinch seam. The metal is super thin, probably 24 ga, and flexes quite a bit. As received, they were not round, although they are so thin that you can bend them into whatever shape you want.The pusher has super sharp edges and is super thin and cheap.If you line the mold with parchment, wax paper, or some other release paper, you can make some nice things. Otherwise, it depends on the recipe whether or not it sticks to the side.

Why state 3 x 3 when they are 3 " W x 1.75 " H?

The product description is misleading. It says in bold print, Stainless Steel 3 x 3 inch Dessert Mousse Mold with Pusher & Lifter Cooking Rings (Include 4 Rings and 1 Pusher), but is 1.75" high. I'm guessing they are stating the diameter from side and then the intersecting side. Odd. Since when do round objects require a second diameter measurement? I didn't scan down to note the correct size in the bottom of the description. No worries as they are returned for free, but it could have easily…

Fun set to add some pizzazz to your plate

I have used two of the shapes so far, one for plating some rice and another for ice cream. Both molds worked as expected. I will try them for cake or mousse next. Good set for the price.

Cheap and thin, but very useful.

These little rings are perfect for a cheap starter pastry mold set. They are fairly thin, so they wouldn’t hold up in a commercial kitchen, but are cheap and useful for tons of different things. I mold my crab cakes with them and they work perfect. For the price, you can’t beat them. For a little more though, you can upgrade to a higher quality set, but these are great to start with.

These things will freak people out.

I love to make sushi and these forms took my sushi from wowing people to freaking them the hell out. Simple to use and it makes amazingly beautiful and delicious creations, especially tuna tartar with various layers of whatever you want.

Great Shapes on my review.

Great mold for bath bonbs. Only complaint is the tops/lids are TOO small and do not allow for a solid shape. Will continue to use the mold and press down with my fingers.

Seems sturdy! on my review.

I've only unpacked and washed them (by hand) and they seem very sturdy. I saw some reviews stating that the handle broke off or the item(s) were delivered broken, but that wasn't the case for me. I literally pulled on each handle and tried to bend the pieces (very lightly) and they are all intact.
