The egg cooks from the bottom up so when the top is done, the egg is burnt on the bottom. Must clean after every use because some of the residual egg will not let the mold sit flat in the skillet. This is a very nice heavy metal set of candle tools. The wick trimers are nice and sharp and work great, which was the tool that I was most hesitant about in the set. Extra long waistband that requires a little work to get on. Includes a very thin securing strap to anchor the band before you start wrapping.
