Cheap and thin, but very useful.

These little rings are perfect for a cheap starter pastry mold set. They are fairly thin, so they wouldn’t hold up in a commercial kitchen, but are cheap and useful for tons of different things. I mold my crab cakes with them and they work perfect. For the price, you can’t beat them. For a little more though, you can upgrade to a higher quality set, but these are great to start with.
