Thin, with seam best in my review
Unlike many molds, these have a folded pinch seam. The metal is super thin, probably 24 ga, and flexes quite a bit. As received, they were not round, although they are so thin that you can bend them into whatever shape you want.The pusher has super sharp edges and is super thin and cheap.If you line the mold with parchment, wax paper, or some other release paper, you can make some nice things. Otherwise, it depends on the recipe whether or not it sticks to the side.
