works great, traps hair great too

This has been great. Had it professionally installed when we redid the shower. It is not sharp to the touch at all, can easily stand on it if i wanted to with no concerns. The basket to trap hair and such works amazing, such that we have to empty it every week or two or water starts backing up. The missing star is because to empty the trap you have to cut or pull the hair out as there is a nice bar (for grabbing the basket) that the hair gets wrapped around.

Easy to install but paint is flaking off one

This was easy to install and we loved the look. We installed two in the same large shower. Unfortunately just over one of them the paint is flaking off of one of them. Ironically this is on the side of the shower that has been used less.

Looks so clean when installed. we were going to cover it with tile to make it blend with the floor. but it looks so good the way it is we left it alone. really dope looking linear drain.

Great value: my feedback

Found a nearly identical product to Lowes for $159. Well made and fits perfectly in the 2 inch drain my plumber installed.

Pros
  • Installed this drain in a new tiled shower floor. Easy to clean and basket catches a lot of hair.
Cons
  • The brick pattern grate may be uncomfortable for bare feet or small children

It’s not a dark bronze color

We’re building a house so we haven’t installed it yet but is really well made and it is really nice looking. The only think that was wrong was the description of the color, one description said it was bronze and another one said it was red copper. It’s more reddish but it will be fine.

  • So far I haven’t had a down side to my new shower drain. It’s beautiful and works very well.

  • The installation process may require drilling into the shower floor or walls, potentially damaging those surfaces

Affordable quality product; contractor recommended

Contractor sent me this link; well built and very affordable compared to other products of the same quality; looks great. My only complain/wish is the redesign or removal of the little handle on the hair catcher. Hair will tangle around this handle, impossible to remove without cutting them with a scissor.

  • The rectangular design may not fit the aesthetic of all bathroom styles

Very happy customer

It is a bit cumbersome to clean, but I love the basket inside that catches anything that will go down the drain. The brushed stainless steel material can be easily dented or bent!

Linear over round center drain you won't regret

I can't rate easy to install because it was installed by a professional. I do love not having the drain in the center of the shower and my installer did a nice job of getting the slope right.

Can’t go wrong on my review.

The quality of this product is outstanding. With the linear drain design you never have that uncomfortable feeling of stepping on a drain grate while showering. Water spots are not an issue with the brushed finish. Don’t underestimate the value of the strainer basket (included) it’s a big plus for capturing hair etc. Customer service is excellent with this company.
