I received these and inspected them. The ratcheting action worked fine, the pivot head stayed in place where I put it. Everything seemed tight. The finish on all but one tool was very good. The one wrench had a noticeable scuff and some scratches. Nothing major but they are noticeable if looking. The others looked good. You can really generate some leverage with the length of these. The 17mm worked perfect for the last job I did.and guess what?.It DIDNT break. Ive seen many posts of these tools breaking. Maybe thats just "operator error". Try using a inductive heater on the nuts. Then they come off like butter! Anyways, this IS a good product, and this old guy recommends them. Work smarter, not harder.

Despite being a little smaller and thinner than the OMT wrenches, then craftsmanship looked and felt better. The OMT wrenches were deformed and the chrome was peeling off.Pros: ratcheting mechanism was smooth and they look great. They felt more comfortable in the hand because they have a smooth edge (not as square as OMT's). The quality of the bag was better than expected.Cons: Loose heads (the OMTs aren't any better in that aspect). The screws are torx-shaped and broke several of my torx bits…

It works great for me and seems to be durable but I haven't used it long enough to know. The head flexes too freely so it can be a struggle getting a second hand in to position it. I actually had to use a bent metal hanger as a second hand. You get what you pay for, bottom line.

I just got this wrench set today and used them for the first time. The pawls were broken on the 8mm wrench so it just spins both ways and cannot tighten or loosen a bolt. Not real happy

These tools have been amazing. They are very durable and I am a big critic and would not give them a good review if they were anything but great they have held up. I've used them about a month and a half or two months now and not had a single problem with any of them. I've put them under some real stress and they've held up to the test. Very happy I purchased these tools.

As stated in title, 17mm ratcheting mechanism broke, how do I request a warranty replacement? I can no longer message the seller for some reason

So we'll see how the replacement work,but I'm already not impressed.To have 1 end non-functional and another slightly bent before I even had a chance to use them makes me leery about the other Duratech product I ordered to go into my work tool set.Might be sending it all back.If the replacement comes broken I'll be sending everything back before its too late and just take my chances at HF where I can at least replace items in store.I have a small fleet of pickup trucks and 10wheel dump trucks…

These wrenches are of better quality than I expected. The extra length makes it much easier to access hard to reach places. The resulting torque from the extra length is excellent. The ratcheting feature works very well; smooth, rugged and easily provides the necessary grip no matter the shape of the bolt head. Construction of the joints appears sufficiently rugged for my purposes. It's a great set and includes the sizes I use most.

The quality of the tool is obvious when you have in hand. Will stand the test of time and expect to hand down to my son someday

Most of the wrenches worked. Not the 12mm. The gears bound up on the first turn of this tool. As I tried to continue to use it( still bound up) a sharp metal shard worked out of the head of the wrench and cut my finger.

Edit 7-7-21: Bumping these up from a four star to a five star rating based on how well they perform. At the time of my first review I hadn’t had a chance to use them yet. Now that I’ve used them, and they’ve performed very well, I am upping my rating. 5/5! Would highly recommend!

These feel like good quality. Will update after some uses. Flex heads nice and tight no flopping around. Mine did have a nice nick in one wrench but otherwise very good quality.It did take them three times before they finally shipped me the correct wrench's. Kept getting the half moon set by mistake.

There is no way to contact the seller, the internal mechanism breaks easily, they talk a lot about durability and quality but it's just a lie and there is no way to ask for a guarantee, what bad customer service they have.

Although I haven’t used them yet they appear to be well made and the length will provide the torque I need to remove stubborn screws.

I bought these bc matco wanted over 300 for same thing almost almost. I used these over a year and did abuse 100 plus pound I do have 3 of them that are broken and it's easy to contact them and they have no problem sending replacement. I'm buying another set for home and not just work

This Extra Long Flex-Head Double Box End Ratcheting Wrench Set is a good value for the price. The flex-head does NOT lock so thats a bit of a problem for me. I like multiple locking points on my flex head tools but will live with it as this is a back up set that stays in the service truck.

They look to be quality as soon as you roll em out, but once you start using them the teeth are very crunchy, and the swivel head pin is maybe 2mm thick, scared that it's gonna break on anything that has a tiny bit of rust on it. Spend the extra and get a different set.

If you're working in a tight space where you can't use a power or air tool these wrenches work great. The longer length gives you the extra turning power on really tight nuts and bolts. The only negative I can think of is that the heads are just a little too loose and needs to be put in place by hand instead of just reaching the tool in and getting it set on the nut. Other than that these are a real work saver.

They're doing the job thus far and I'm happy with my purchase.I really wish the set included a 21mm though. Thanks for attention.
