Broken right out of the box

I just got this wrench set today and used them for the first time. The pawls were broken on the 8mm wrench so it just spins both ways and cannot tighten or loosen a bolt. Not real happy

Pros

Love these wrenches. Lots of torque and easy to get into tight spots.

Cons

The flex-head is not flexible enough and often gets stuck
