OKEx was chinese cryptocurrency exchange, but now it's one of the biggest market in the world and I can say that they do it good.

Rating has not been changed

I want to say only one think about OKEx. When I had real problems with my account, the support helped very fast and friendly. I don't work with this famous exchange now only because trading pairs is so small for me.

Pros

Now OKEx is the second largest exchange. OKEx allows regular currency deposits via bank transfer, WeChat Pay, etc (fiat money). Many cryptocurrency pairs for trading. The ability to use margin trading (and it's really good for me. Easy verification process and good support if you have problems with it.
