Review on Phemex by David Poggi

I paid about $70 to become a Premium member for the year. This should have allowed me to complete fee-free spot limit and/or market trades from the website or a mobile device on their app. I made many of these trades and they incorrectly charged me about 58 fees that should never have been charged totaling almost $400. I have been dealing with their online-only "Support" for 6-weeks now. They keep telling me that they will refund the money but never do! Not only are they holding my money interest-free, but they stole it in the 1st place! This company is a fraud and scam and I highly suggest to everyone DO NOT USE PHEMEX or this might happen to you! The company does not have phone support at all which is horrible and their support representatives clearly have no power to help customers. They just tell the customer what the customer wants to hear and then do nothing. Again, DO NOT use Phemex at all or they will steal your maony and NEVER refund it! This is a true story.
