You'll need KYC when registed although you can trade and withdraw below $1000 without KYC- nice things alot of trade fair, low rate when exchange and transfer coin, Also very easy to get reports and see you trading status. Poloniex is a US-based cryptocurrency exchange platform. The company was founded in January 2014 by Tristan D'Agosta and is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
Pros
- Deposit and withdrawal smooth, state-of-the-art security , They check activity regularly to avoid spam.
Cons
- it is necessary to increase the number of currencies. It not there , nothing happen to me yet
