Poloniex has what it takes to be a leading exchange in the crypto industry, However I think that there is some aspects that the team should look at as well such as: their customer support availability, and the high fees for non phone users and I would also appreciate if they could cover more alt cryptocurrencies.
Pros
- Huge volume , popularity and the good online reputation they enjoy, also I should add that they have a pretty welcoming interface and dashboard.
Cons
- Their customer supports takes took too long to respond to my questions, High fees sometimes for non mobile users which is a fundamental negative point in their model.
