Presently, this exchange is not accessible, this a great indication that it is a dead project/exchange.
Surface exchange came on board in 2020 as a centralised exchange which put much priority on liquidity, in order to make trading easier for newbies and experts. This particular exchange was based in Malaysia, this was the first exchange that I found which was based in Malaysia. As it is presently, there seems to be no trace about the founders of the exchange nor any of the developement team. Marked on CoinMarketCap as Untracked listing, I have come to realize that surface exchange is no longer active/accessible. The telegram account was no longer in existence. Since there wasn't any prior notice towards the closure of this exchange, I'll consider it to be a scam exchange
