A very long time ago, I used to see all exchange platforms that close down as scam exchange platforms, irrespective of the cause of their close down. I had a feeling that a good exchange platform should always be available to provide its services to the Faithful traders on their website. All these changed when I made a review on the first genuine and Truthful exchange platform I came across. I can't really recall the name of this exchange platform but they went as far as send their traders email informing them of their intention to close down. This really touched me and changed the way I saw exchange platforms that have closed down.
I then came across the UEX exchange platform which happen to be like the other one. The UEX exchange platform ensured they made a notification on their interface, advising traders to quickly withdraw their funds.
