Hello to everyone. I'm going to write to you today about UnicornX. UnicornX is a crypto exchange created in 2020. The customer base of this exchange, which is not very famous, is also very small. Also, judging by the customer reviews of UnicornX, customer satisfaction is also very low. Actually, I think many innovations should be made on the stock market. Most importantly, the website of the exchange should be recreated, because the design of this site is very poor, and this site does not have a mobile view, it only has a computer view. Although the trading fees on the exchange are close to normal, they are still above average according to statistics, so this is one of the biggest features that should be changed. Also, some users complain about delays in processing times. I hope that the exchange officials will soon realize how important customer satisfaction is and try to increase this satisfaction, otherwise I don't think the exchange will attract more people. I think UnicornX, which also has a mobile application, is not that difficult to use, I can even say that it is easier than some exchanges.
