Exchange with AMA rewards
I have an experience with Whitebit exchange where you can trade a lot of interesting trading pairs (sometimes listed only on Whitebit). There is a good liquidity so I have no problem to trade all what I own (sometimes small caps).
It is definitely not a mainstream exchange so keep in mind there can be some issues (some trading pairs with low liquidity). The user base is probably average. They are offering yield generating product, if only they could have them more. The fees for trading are reasonable.
I like their design of the exchange. For a quick buy you can use the basic option.
There is a chance to get free tokens (small caps) via regular AMA for asking an interesting and relevant questions.
Overall I like this exchange especially for their regular AMA as you can get better understanding of projects and, above that, get some free crypto. This is really great. You should try it.
