Xcalibra was launched in August 2019,which is a Switzerland exchange. It is an organized platform that offers the privilege of trading crypto currency, it allowed me to deposit and exchange my cryptos but the withdrawal was a little bit stressful .
It is has users in lots of country, so it is trusted, I have so many friends who use this platform so this makes me feel comfortable. It provides provides a smooth performance and it's easy to use.
It has a very good security at least I'm assured that my cryptos are safe. They give reliable support like live chat for premium account which I use constantly and it functions properly.
When I make a deposit the procedures are quite easy and the trades are fast. It also use KYC which is really stressful.
When I want to withdraw I have to wait for a long period of time which makes the withdrawal inconvenient, I tried to lay my complaints to the customer service but it took time before I got responds from them.
Although it's a nice platform.
