Review on ZBTCEX by Yakub Jamila

ZBTCEX exchange was established in the year 2017. I have nothing positive to write about this exchange. I am ashamed of the team of this exchange. They seriously lack responsibility. I can't imagine even non user of this platform are seriously angry with the poor services of the exchange, not to talk of the users. The customer Team is not responsive At all. They kept on ignoring or delaying my replies over months. Some of the users are complaining seriously on telegram about the inability of withdrawal. I think this exchange does not have a good plan for it users, so therefore you should not even attempt using this exchange. Besides they don't even offer any trading activities any longer. Please stay far away from this exchange.
