Nuvola has been a great company to work with. They are very quick to respond, always willing to go above and beyond, and do everything possible to help their clients. Their customer service is on point. Their implementation team is very knowledgeable, skilled, and capable. I have been really impressed with their company and their staff. Nuvola has been a great partner to work with. I've been impressed with the responsiveness of the team. The implementation was smooth. The support and guidance is exceptional. I have absolutely no issues with Nuvola. In fact, if there is something that I could change, I would like to see more transparency in where the money is going. I would also like to see more transparency on the customer side. I would also like to see more integrations with third-party platforms. For a SaaS based company like ours, we are unable to test everything ourselves. We have to rely on their team for support and implementation. Nuvola has done that and helped us immensely. The ease of use is amazing - it literally takes about 30 minutes to fully understand how everything works for you as an administrator! There are so many features I've yet even discovered that go over my head because there isn't enough documentation (yet). If anyone asks me any question in regards to their server/network configuration or if they just want general advice from someone who knows what shes doing then please don;t hesitate contacting us at our customer care team - we love answering questions all day long!! The best thing about capture it is you can create your own categories of employees who will be able to clock in or out with ease. It also allows me to see when an employee was last seen at work which helps keep track of absences as well. I dislike how sometimes if there's no activity within a certain time frame, then it won't update until after the next day so i have to go back into my schedule to find out what happened. Also, sometimes it doesn't show up correctly but once again this usually happens during off hours. It was simple, easy-to use scheduling tool for our school district! The interface made it so I could put in all of my data without having an issue with formatting or anything like this - great customer service as well!! Nowsta is a great tool to keep track of all of your employees, including their time and attendance. I love that you can see all of the details of each employee, including their pay rate, hours worked, and more. I also like that Nowsta allows me to keep track of my own hours. I don't have to worry about keeping track of my hours or having to pay myself for my own time. I also like that Nowsta is able to sync with my payroll provider, allowing me to easily see my paychecks. I wish that Nowsta would allow me to see my paychecks in more than one format. I love that it has an easy interface with Google Calendar & Microsoft Outlook so you can easily import your schedule (and other calendars). You cannot create recurring tasks or set up multiple reminders at once. There should be more options when creating meetings/events as well - like choosing who will attend from my calendar vs their own list of attendees. This helps keep our daily schedules synced between two different places! I like that you can create sub-departments for your employees, which helps to keep things organized! We also love being able of creating shifts as well!! Creating shift changes has never been so easy before when this program came out. The best thing about click schedule would have to be how all information becomes available at one time with just 1 touch in order from start till finish. ! You cant go wrong if looking into using an employee scheduler/dispatcher product such us clicking schedules. !! It really makes it easier than ever because we are now always up to date without having to check everywhere individually (which used ot take hours). The ability for employees access information about upcoming shifts is great! I like that it's easy enough so even non tech savvy people can use this app well; however there are some things we wish could be improved upon such as more options available when creating an account (we would prefer if you were able to create your own profile rather than having everything linked together). The ease of use to set up new employees and manage existing ones. It's also great that it integrates well into our payroll system so we can easily see who has worked which hours during any given week or month. I wish there was an option where scheduling could be done via email instead of having to go through their app every single day. We are able to schedule people quickly without them being present at work each morning (which helps us keep attendance low). This allows more productive staff members to get back out onto the field as soon as possible after arriving home from training/games. I like that we can customize our software to fit each of our organization's unique processes, including training as well as reporting options. There is also very nice integration with Microsoft Office 365 which makes it easy for workers in different locations around the world to access their data from anywhere they have an internet connection! It would be great if there was more customization available (ease-of use) when using this product compared to other products out there; however, overall, things are not bad at all. We needed better communication between staff members about how often tasks need completed within certain times frames so everyone knows what has been assigned next or even who should work those shifts. I like that it allows you to see who is available and what their availability is. It also helps with creating schedules. Sometimes it's hard to find things if they've moved around. I like that it allows me to have my own schedule as well as share information among employees so no one has conflicting schedules or holidays off work at same time! It's also easy enough if you don't know how many hours are required per week etc., but does give an estimate before entering dates/times - great feature when adding new employee timesheets into system rather than having them input their days individually then calculate hours themselves (which can be difficult). Very simple interface once set up initially, though we did need some help from our HR department setting things straight after initial training session where they were very quick & helpful getting us through setup process without issues afterwards too :) Have been able solve any problems relating directly back to software itself since its launch 2 years ago now - only had 1 minor issue last year requiring further support call. I like that it's simple to use. We are able to track client hours without having to rely on an office manager or accountant to keep track of everything. The interface can be a bit difficult so as we're getting familiar with it there's some learning curve involved. It also would be nice to have more customization options when uploading timesheets from our clients. This could help us save time by only entering the necessary information. I like that it helps me find work while also helping them with scheduling, so i don't have to be at home waiting for calls all day! it is easy enough for people who just want part-time jobs but still need help managing schedules as well. It has been good working together because we both benefit from this service. The main problem or issue would probably be finding more than one job per week in my area through using sumoshift only sometimes works out depending upon how many available shifts there are each month. We can use this app to schedule our days off as needed too which makes things easier if you're trying to plan your time around other commitments/obligations (such as kids' sports). Easy integration with our payroll system. I like that we can see all of our employees in one place without having to go through multiple logins. It would be nice if it was customizable - as some people use this to track other tasks beyond what is provided. It works well for us since they have been providing their services to us since before my current position. It has allowed me to check when employees are out so we don't call them constantly at off hours. It was very simple to use! The interface is so nice that it makes me feel like my work life will be easier because I can access this from anywhere! Sometimes when you are working remotely or traveling there might not always be someone at home who knows how to operate everything (like setting up appointments). I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface which makes navigation super fast! We are solving problems with our data collection process in building construction projects by tracking all materials used for each job site. It helps make sure we have everything accounted for when invoicing customers. No complaints at this time but if there were any they would be very minor or easily fixed. I like how easy it is to use, especially when creating my own designs or editing existing ones. The program has so many features that you can get lost in them all at once! It's very customizable which makes it great for beginners as well. You don't need any previous experience to create beautiful landscapes either. This product was created by people who know what they're doing. They have years of knowledge behind this product. There are some things about PRO Landscape that might be confusing for first time users. For example, there aren't tutorials available online yet. I love that the app is constantly updating. It's very user friendly and I can easily log in and see what I have in inventory and what I'm owed, and when I'm due to pay. There are a few features that I wish were available, like the ability to create and pay invoices and have them be sent to customers. I wish that the app was a little more user friendly. I would recommend to other landscapers that they give it a try. It's a great tool to keep track of all of your accounts and invoices and payments. I've been able to better manage my accounts and pay people for work that I've done. It's also been helpful in keeping track of my inventory and having it available when I need to pay for work. Easy to use, no need for any additional software or plug-ins as it is integrated with Photoshop CS6 (or higher). The application can be slow sometimes while editing large images/files but that's just one of those things you have deal with when using this type of tool in general - not something specific about picTER itself! I am solving problems related to image retouching during my workday so speed matters most here. The ease of use to create new forms for your team members is amazing! It's also very easy to customize how you want it designed. I dislike that there are not more templates available. You can't just pick one template and have everything match up with the rest of your site if needed. This was great when we were first starting out but now as our business grows so do our needs. We're able to track all of our campaigns through this tool which has been helpful in seeing what works best for us. Before using gain, we had no way of tracking who submitted articles, blog posts etc. Now we know exactly where they've come from. Also being able to send them directly to the editor once approved has saved me time and frustration. As well as having an easier process for my own internal staff members. The ability of being able see everything in one place rather than having it scattered here or there makes this software very useful! There are also some things that could be improved like more options/pages but as an easy way keep track I find their solutions work well enough already with what they've got so far - nothing major at least yet? Not really anything though just minor improvements would make me happy if not much else needed changing overall great product!! We use krock mainly to manage our projects better by adding task lists etc., allowing us access from any computer (even mobile). As we have multiple people working together using different devices its essential when collaborating online which can otherwise get messy real quick once everyone gets distracted even slightly haha :3!
