What makes soap effective as a cleanser is its sudsing ability. No matter how fancy, natural, or how many special ingredients a soap contains, if it doesn't foam, it's almost useless. This soap hardly foams and therefore needs to be used a lot. Compared to a good foaming shower gel, you should use 3-4 times more soap than you need per application. So it's a pretty useless product in that regard. It has a pleasant smell and I bought it mainly because it contains all natural ingredients, but unfortunately I will never buy it again because it fails the most basic function that soap is supposed to perform, which is to create a lot of foam.
